4. Subscription and Payments

Motion Studio offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription. Free users may experience limitations on export quality and available features.
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the videos, images, and activity data you create or import using Motion Studio. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the rights to use any content you import
- The legality of content you create and share
- Backing up your content (we are not responsible for data loss)
6. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Motion Studio for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the application for illegal purposes
- Sublicense or transfer your rights to others
- Use the application to infringe on others' rights
7. Intellectual Property
Motion Studio, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-Party Services
Motion Studio may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Garmin Connect, Strava, Apple Health). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MOTION STUDIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Motion Studio, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Equipment damage
- Personal injury during activities
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motion Studio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Motion Studio at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Motion Studio shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
